Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days upon reception to ship your item(s) back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any items returned that appear worn, washed, stains from deoderant/makeup, perfume/cigarette or any other sort of smell, pet hair, or show any sort of other stains will not be eligible for return. You will be responsible for said item being shipped back to you if it contains any of the listed issues.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please return your items in appropriate packaging along with the invoice/packing slip that was included in your shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of reception  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items under the Wicked Steals collection
Items purchased with a discount of 25% or higher
Items purchased during a sale
If you ship any of these items back to Wicked Sisterology, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping them back to you.

Exchanges
If you would like to return your items for exchanges, please include a note on your packing slip with what size you are needing. If it is available, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost. Once paid, we will ship the correct sized items to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No refunds will be issued for items that are ordered and made with a screen print. These are outsourced and usually can’t be resold.
